VoiceFlow
NetworkFlow can provide SIP (Session Internet Protocol) trunks directly over our MPLS networks to ensure VoIP calls that are secure, have Quality of Service guaranteed and that do not pass over the Internet.
SIP is the leading worldwide protocol for maintaining multi-party, mixed media sessions over converged networks. SIP enables the deployment of feature-rich services that go far beyond simple VoIP calls. Microsoft instant messaging and the G3 GSM network are both based on SIP.
SIP trunking delivers the functionality normally associated with a fixed-leased line, yet with improved quality and considerable cost savings. Traditionally, VoIP calls have suffered from poor reliability, voice latency and poor connectivity with mobile phones. Using SIP trunks, NetworkFlow can offer Quality of Service on VoIP and therefore guarantee call quality with full SLAs.
SIP allows DDI (Direct Dialling In) ranges and number portability, and when you add to this free 'on net' calls to remote users and significantly reduced termination charges, VoiceFlow is an extremely attractive proposition. As this can be provided on our MPLS network, our customers can combine many data and voice features on one cost-effective, secure network.
